Exercises and meditations promote healthy skin since it helps us to secrete sweat that moisturizes the skin and also keeps the skin hydrated for a longer time. After the exercises done, it is essential to remove the sweat and skin’s natural oil that has been secreted, since there is a chance of bacteria to multiply on the skin surface. This indirectly causes acne and other severe skin breakouts.

Skin must be kept hydrated. Drinking plenty of water is a must as it prevents some physical signs of aging such as wrinkles break-outs etc. At least 8 glasses of water is recommended by a dermatologist. Proper dieting is very much important to get rid of acne. Since oily and fatty stuffs cause skin to become oilier than before, it should be avoided. It is also said that saturated fats such as sucrose, sugars that are present in chocolates, bakery products should be limited.

Maintaining hygiene is very much important to prevent acne. Bed spreads, pillows should be washed often or else bacteria tend to multiply especially in these materials. Those who use make up should not forget to remove the make up before going to bed. During washing and cleaning the make up, sponges and facial brushes are recommended since it avoids cosmetics to get settle in skin pores that causes skin irritations.
